Terms and Conditions 

1. Scope of application

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&C") govern the legal relationship for all sauna rental services offered by Ana Lampe s.p., Rudnik 20, 1330 Kočevje (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") to customers via the website www.onni.si (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") or other channels.

The sauna rules are an integral part of these T&Cs and are available on the website.

 

2. Subject of the contract

The service provider offers the customer the rental of sauna sessions in the saunas it manages at the prices listed on the website.

 

3. Reservation and payment

Reservations for sauna appointments are usually made via the service provider's website. Reservations can also be made via other agreed communication channels, such as telephone or WhatsApp/SMS. Payment for reserved appointments is made via the payment options available on the website. Payment is made in advance and is due before the reserved appointment.

 

4. Cancellation and refund

Cancellations are possible up to 12 hours before the start of the booked appointment. Late cancellations or unused reservations are subject to a fee and no refunds will be given.

 

5. Use

Sauna use is at your own risk. Saunas should only be used by people who are physically healthy and free of infectious diseases.

 

6. Responsibility

The use of the services of the service provider, in particular the use of saunas and additional equipment, is at your own risk. The service provider excludes all liability for direct and indirect damage to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The service provider is not responsible for the loss of objects, valuables, money, clothing or other things that the client brings with them to the sauna.

The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the sauna or its equipment. The customer must fully reimburse the service provider for the costs of repair and/or replacement.

Cooling down or swimming in the waters around the saunas is at your own risk; the service provider declines any liability in this regard.

The service provider is not liable for temporary unavailability of saunas due to repairs or maintenance work and for circumstances beyond its control (e.g. force majeure). The information on the website does not constitute a guarantee. The service provider's website may contain external links. The service provider has no influence over the content of external links and therefore assumes no liability for them.

 

7. Operating hours

Saunas are available for rent to customers during reserved periods. Locations, operating hours, and sauna equipment are subject to change at any time.

 

8. Gift vouchers

You can easily purchase gift vouchers on the Onni website. After a successful purchase, you will receive the voucher in PDF format to the email address you entered during purchase. Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Vouchers for the Kočevsko Lake sauna cannot be used out of season (July, August). Cancellation and refund of the purchase price are possible within 14 days from the date of purchase.

 

9. Protection of personal data

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. The Privacy Policy is available here . By making a reservation, the customer accepts the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

 

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The amended Terms and Conditions shall enter into force upon their publication on the Service Provider's website.

 

11. Severability clause

If any provision of these GTC is invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

 

12. Law and jurisdiction

Any disputes related to these GTC and the business relationship between the client and the service provider will be resolved amicably; if this is not possible, disputes will be resolved at the competent court in Ljubljana.
