BEFORE VISITING THE SAUNA

APPOINTMENT RESERVATION

Check the availability of sauna sessions at your chosen location and book the date, time and length of your sauna session. You can book a sauna session at least one hour before your visit. With one session, you can book the entire sauna, which can accommodate up to 4 people. One sauna session lasts 1.5 hours. After successful booking and payment, you will receive a sauna entry code to your email address on the day of your session.

ENTRY CODE

After booking and paying, you will receive an email on the day of your appointment with a code that unlocks the safe with the key for the sauna entrance door.

 

SAUNA PREPARATION AND EQUIPMENT

Shower before using the sauna. Bring 2 towels (one for drying off, the other for sitting in the sauna), a swimsuit, flip-flops and water. We also recommend using a bathrobe.

 

UPON ARRIVAL AT THE LOCATION

 

ACCESSIBILITY

Please check the availability of the sauna at your chosen location in advance.

 

ENTRANCE TO SAUNA

Arrive at the location on time.

To enter the sauna, use the code that you received via email on the day of your appointment.

Enter the foreroom where you change and put away your clothes and personal belongings, and calm down.

 

 

DURING THE VISIT

SAUNA

The sauna will be heated to 70–80°C upon arrival. The use of a towel for sitting or lying on the bench is mandatory. You can be naked or in a swimsuit in the sauna. Adjust the length of the sauna session to your comfort level.

Drink enough fluids to replace water that is lost through sweating.

Occasionally pour one or two ladles of water from a wooden jug onto the stove to maintain humidity in the air. If desired, add a few drops of essential oil (3-5 drops) to the jug of water.

 

COOLING

It is important to take breaks to cool down. Cool down outside in the fresh air or in the shower located next to the sauna. Swimming suits/towels are mandatory outside the sauna. Repeat the sauna and cool down process several times.

 

TOILET

There is a toilet facility near the sauna.

 

 

AFTER SAUNA AND DEPARTURE

 

CLEANING

Please mop the floor after use and wipe the benches with disposable wipes . All necessary supplies are available in the foyer. Please note that the sauna will be used by people after you, so please clean up after yourself. The next group will thank you!

The sauna is thoroughly cleaned every day.

 

DEPARTURE

Lock the door and return the key to the safe next to the entrance. Leave the sauna on time, within your appointment time. This way, the next group can start at the reserved time.
