What you need to know about the sauna

OPENING HOURS: 16:00 - 22:45
DURATION OF APPOINTMENT: 1h 30min, the entire sauna is booked, not per person
CAPACITY: up to 4 people at a time
The sauna is divided into two parts:
- Anteroom where you change clothes and store personal belongings
- Sauna with stove and benches
OPERATION SEASON: All year round

BEFORE THE VISIT

BOOK A SESSION

Check the slots availability via the website https://www.onni.si/booking-calendar/savna-resort-luzarji and book the date, time and length of the sauna session.
You can book the sauna at least 24 hours before your visit.
With one appointment, you reserve the entire sauna, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
One appointment lasts 1.5 hours.
After successful booking and payment, you will receive a sauna entry code to your email address.

ENTRY CODE

After making a reservation and payment, you will receive an email message with an entry code. The code opens a small safe next to the sauna entrance, where the key to the front door is located.

PREPARATION FOR SAUNA AND EQUIPMENT

Before using the sauna, take a shower and prepare 2 towels (one for wiping, the other for sitting in the sauna), swimsuit, flip-flops and water. We also recommend using a bathrobe.

UPON ARRIVAL

ACCESSIBILITY

The sauna is located in Resort Lužarji, Lužarji 1, 1385 Nova vas (Google Maps >>). Free parking is available in front of the resort.

ENTER THE SAUNA

Please arrive at the location on time.

Use the code you received via email to open the small safe next to the sauna entrance. The safe contains a key that unlocks the sauna entrance door.

Enter the anteroom where you change and put away your clothes and personal belongings, and calm down.

DURING THE VISIT

SAUNA TREATMENT

The sauna will be heated to 70–80°C upon arrival. Using a towel to sit or lie on the bench is mandatory. You can be naked or in a swimsuit in the sauna. Adjust the length of the sauna session to your comfort level.
Drink enough fluids to replace what is lost through sweating.
Occasionally pour one or two scoops of water from a wooden jug onto the stove to maintain humidity in the air.

COOLING DOWN

It is important to take breaks to cool down. Cool down outside in the open air or in the shower located next to the sauna. Outside the sauna, it is mandatory to use a swimsuit/towel. Repeat the sauna and cooling down process several times.

AFTER THE SAUNA SESSION

CLEANING

We ask you to mop the floor after use and wipe the benches with disposable wipes. All necessary supplies are available in the lobby. Please note that the sauna is self-service and will be used by people after you, so clean up after yourself. The next group will be grateful!
The sauna is thoroughly cleaned every day.

DEPARTURE

Lock the door and return the key to the safe next to the entrance. Dial the code on the safe to lock it.
Leave the sauna on time, within your appointment. This way, the next visitors can also start using the sauna at the reserved time.
